| This is a 36" x 24" full color poster of 7 rare and unusual Antique Victorian Safes. The red safe is a mini-cannonball safe made by the Marvin Safe Co., Circa 1865. The other 6 safes are refered to as either pedestal safes, parlor safes, or brothel safes by collectors. 1 was made by Derby & Co., 3 by Farrell, Herring & Co., 1 by Halls Safe Co., 1 by Marvin Safe Co. All 6 are Circa 1870-1873. Safes like these 7 are some of the most sought after by collectors. They are considered today to be not just safes, but have become actual objects d'art and are proudly displayed by their owners in various rooms in their homes. The poster is printed on 36" x 24" 100 lb. coated stock in full color. The clarity of the safes on the poster is so clear you can read the date May 1865 on the combination dial of the Marvin mini-cannonball safe. The poster comes in a heavy duty mailing tube with plastic end caps for maximum protection. The price is $29.95 plus S&H of $6.95.
